How can I open an account?
To open an account, all you need to do is click on the “Open an Account” button, which can be found across all our pages. Once you do, register if you’re a new user, or simply log in. The next step is to click on “Accounts” in the sidebar, then select “Live Account,” and finally, click on “Add Live Account.”
At Stonefort Securities, we’re all about simplicity, and we’ve made this process seamless and quick.
Is there a way to try out the platform before opening a demo or a real account?
Absolutely! By clicking on “Try Demo”, you can quickly sign up for a demo account. The best part is, while on the same screen, we will provide you with the credentials for your demo and a link so you can quickly log into webtrader and be up and running on your demo account in barely a few minutes. Don’t worry, we will also send you an email with all the necessary information and links.
How long does it take for my account to be opened?
There’s no fixed time, but we aim to open all accounts on the same day we receive the application. If you’ve filled out your information and submitted the required documents early in the day, and if you’ve provided us with all the requested information, we could have your account ready within a few hours. The last step is to fund your account and start trading.
How can I deposit or withdraw?
All funding and withdrawal operations are conducted within the secure client area. Simply log in with your credentials, go to “Wallet,” and click on “Deposit Funds” or “Withdraw Funds“.
